ok...then just flash the SHIPPED UPDATED sprint rom in the post i gave you before. That will put you back to factory rom and software. Let me know if you run into anymore problems. It's an exe file so you just plug your phone in to computer via activesync and execute the exe file and the flash process will begin.

To fix your internet connection:
open phone app and dial ##3282#
choose edit then enter your msl (if you don't know your msl use this)
choose menu then restore

After it reboots, run Update Profile from Start-Settings-(System tab)
*note* - sometimes it's in Connections tab. Depends what custom rom you're using.

If you don't have the Update Profile program install this cab

File Type: cab Sprint Update Profile & PRL.cab (543.8 KB, 1 views) Click for barcode!

Question Re: Remove a ROM

I'm having the same problem but I want to keep my custom rom. Can't connect to the internet nor can I get instant weather. I was considering taking the phone to sprint and having them restoring it. Can you help?
