Sashimi xml for gmail

Hey guys
Just started using sashimi and I love it. I looked at the tutorial and read up but I am having trouble setting up my gmail. Can someone please post their xml for their gmail account and block out their password and username (in fact just put PASSWORD and USERNAME so I know where mine should be). Thanks guys. Sashimi is pretty awesome. for those of you that have not tried.

Thats pretty much the sum of it. The video mentioned above does help. I have looked at the video, but the author is using an email account associated with his website I believe. So the settings are slightly different. I know how to set up an email account per the directions in the tutorial. I just wanted to make sure I set it up correctly for GMAIL. That's all.

Little more specific please. Are you talking about registration files for apps/programs? That is all detailed in the "Basics" tutorial.
