Are you needing help setting up an exchange email account, or something like aol, yahoo, gmail, comcast, etc.?

"webmail.realestate.com" sounds like a server address...if true, you'll need that, ur domain and email username and password. do u have an IT dept or sumthin like it?

i believe i have all the info and domain name in an email from IT i just dont know where to put it in to make it work.

I figured it out now i have a new question how do i remove an email account that has the delete option grayed out?

Go to the Activesync program in your phone and hit Menu, then Options. With Exchange Server highlighted, hit the delete button.
