Is your phone set to connect via ActiveSync or USB mode when you connect to your computer?

Check the setting here

Start Menu > Settings > Connections > USB to PC

Make sure you have it set on Disk Drive instead of ActiveSync.

I know that the menu says "USB to PC" but it will work with Apple computers. I've tranferred files on my Mac G4 in this mode before.

Hope this helps you out, and if it does, don't forget to click the little green "Thanks" button in the corner.

Re: Just got the TP.. but I have a mac.. any suggestions??

I have a mac and have had my TP since November. Just connect it via disk drive like someone said above (start/settings/USB to PC) and make sure you select disk drive and share away.

If you are thinking of unlocking your TP you should go here, as you can unlock it now via the storage card! Unlocking, if you don't already know, can open the PPC world up to you like no other! After you unlock you can flash new roms, which is just a fancy way of saying that you can try other peoples versions of the operating system (tweaked and very fast!)

i don't know if VMware still has this advantage over parallels but it used to be the only one that let you run the virtual machine off of a bootcamp partition. It is WAY faster this way.
Otherwise... Markspace's Missing Sync for WM. It's pretty slick. I have the WM version and my sister has the Blackberry version. Markspace fills in what Microsoft AND Apple didn't care about: communication and Integration.
Personally, I like that it will import (or sync) all my photos with iPhoto. But unless your doing more than that...iPhoto will do that itself if you attach your TP as a usb drive.
Good Luck. 3rd party here we come.
