Call waiting Problem

Hi,
I have a sprint touch pro with Mighty ROm 4.15. I am having problem with call waiting. When I am in voice call, the second call automatically goes to the voicemail. Any fix for this? I want to be able to swap calls like any other normal phone.

I had the same problem twice. It was a problem with my service, not my phone. I called in to tech support to get it fixed pretty quick. Im with sprint and using the stock rom.
