How do I change the colors for the data arrows and signal strength bars?

I changed to the skinny bars, now they're red and it's not too visible if I were to take a quick glance at it. Any help on changing the data arrow colors as well? I'm mostly looking for changing the color of the signal strength bars though, thanks!

I do have a custom taskbar. The color for the signal strength bars changed when I changed it to the skinny 7 bars.
