Data Issues
Anyone having issues receiving text messages or connecting to the internet? If not or of you know what I can do, please help. It took almost three hours to activate my phone. now I have to do a hard reset three to for times a week jsut to get a data conenction and to receive text messages.

Did you ever go to Settings>System and Update Profile? Have you called Sprint?
It would also help to update profile phone and carrier

Yes, I keep geiing an error saying the user profile could not be updated. I have called in on this several times. What Sprint does is manually push the update. they do not know what to do about the problem. they wnat to relpace the phone but this is the same issue I keep haing with the phone. I have had it replaced baou t5 times for this issue.

Are you using a stock rom? I am guessing you receive calls? You text are tied to you phone number, do you have any call or sms block app on phone?

Yes it is stok rom. The only downoad I had was icontact. Afther the hard reser I did not download anything.
