Retired from Mogul..Now with Touch Pro..Help

Hi

Today, I just got the Touch Pro but I am having issues wih volume. Does anyone know of a download that can be installed to increase the phone volume?

You probably don't want to hear this, but I'd suggest you immediately have it replaced. The volume issue is very hit-or-miss with Sprint TPs... and in my experience, ones with bad volume/crackly speakers and the "volume fix" installed don't sound even half as good as the regular ones. They also -- or at least the ones I've had -- don't work well (or at all) with the SRS WOW Sound enhancement....

Did you take the plastic that came on it off? Because that does not have a hole for the speaker. I thought the same thing and then i saw it did not have a speaker hole. Took it off and it was just fine.

i just removed the plastic and the sound is perfect.

LOL, well definitely glad you didn't have to worry about exchanging it! I can imagine that would have been a bit embarrassing to find out in the store.... =)
