Arcsoft MMS 5.0.82.79 for VZW...I have it but i need to cab it up

So if some one wants to give me some step by step for cabbing this beast up.

It has a windows folder, some stuff that goes into my docs and an inf file.

Utilities I have:

Cabarc
Qucikcab
Cauklins Kitchen

so as soon as some one helps me...Ill get this out there.
