Stuck in Landscape

I just upgrade my ROM with HTC Touch Pro MRII RUU Raphael hTC Asia WWE 5.07.707.2 Radio Signed Raphael 52.58.25.30 1.11.25.01 Ship.exe (official ROM release from HTC).

I restore all data using SPB Backup. Initially, everything looks perfect. Then, when I open the keyboard, it shows landscape mode. But when I close it, it just stuck in landscape mode.

Someone suggested me to hard reset and install all software again. Is't what everyone doing when upgrading their ROM? Is there any better solution to save time for reinstalling everything again?

Please kindly give me your expert opinion. Thanx again...

Re: Stuck in Landscape

Where are you located? The rom you loaded appears to be for Asia (as referenced in the title) and would therefore be a GSM rom. Are you in Asia or Europe or in the U.S. with a GSM based carrier? Otherwise, you have a serious problem that will only be fixed by a new flash.

Re: Stuck in Landscape

No problem, just wanted to make sure. If you have not installed a lot of other software, I would do a hard reset, and see if that fixes it. Somethimes you just get a bad flash. Otherwise, I would start uninstalling software, one at a time, and see if you can figure out if there is soemthing installed that is causing a conflict.
