Customer Service Transfer Drops Touch Pro connection?
 

This has happened to me 5-6 times with different customer service calls (including Sprint) where my phone would lose connection when the customer service rep told me that they are transferring me to another department.

Is that just a coincidence or could it possibly be a problem with the Touch Pro? I have no idea why that would be a phone specific issue. But I always flip to my home phone when that happens and I never get dropped.

Weird. Maybe it's just my imagination but I was wondering if anyone else might have noticed it?

it happens all the time but usually they call me back.

the prob is on Sprint's end...no worries, always make sure you give them your phone number in the beginning...most call back
