Phone doesn't vibrate HTC Touch Pro

I've tried to hard reset it a few times. It does not vibrate at all. Not when connecting to a call. Not when people call me. (it stays silent).

It does not vibrate when I set the volume to vibrate to confirm.

Seems like a hardware issue. The phone is about 4 months old. I do have insurance on it, but there is a $150 deductible on that.

Is that my only option or is there some sort of warranty I get for free from HTC?

Re: Phone doesn't vibrate HTC Touch Pro

Have you tried setting the vibrate only in TF3D to see if that works? Otherwise I say your TP took a dump. And yes there is a 1 year warranty through HTC. Contact them about your options!

Gator's right. You have a 1-year warranty from HTC, which comes in to play when the phone decides to take a dump like that.

Re: Phone doesn't vibrate HTC Touch Pro

My phone died about 2 weeks ago (graphics processor committed suicide), it was only 2 months old. I took it in to a Sprint repair store, and walked out with a brand new one 20 minutes later... You should have a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
