duplicate contacts
 

so I just upgraded to a TP from a mogul... (my god what a jump)

problem is when I got the phone i used pimbackup to bring back my contacts...

then apparently activesync also added my old contacts, now theres two of everyone... how do i delete them?

Any help much appreciated...

Why would use use back from a mogul on a TP? If you had you contacts in Outlook , just hardset your phone before you get it customedized and them activesyn to get contacts, and them ad apps that support the new VGA screen, QVGA is what mogul, you may want to change your profile.

I had this happen once. I had pim backup on my storage card and when I plugged in to my computer it synced and pulled the contacts so I had double..had to delete manually..a pain, I know.

in pim backup there maybe an option to clear all entries before restoring if i remember correctly

hmm new problem...

contacts are listed backwards... ie: lastname, firstname... cant find an option within contacts... any ideas?

anyone know how to make the contacts read the right way?
