HELP--With Advanced Email Option
Hi Everyone,
I recently changed exchange servers and everything we smoothly except in the Advanced Email Settings the field called... My email addresses....will not allow me to go in and delete the old addresses or add a new one. The field seems to be locked--press and hold only gives me a copy option. Does anyone have an idea? Bob P.S. Thanks to all of you who gave me advice on Mail2web. I was able to convert everything from my work email (lost my job as per previous thread) easily on that site. |

Go into your handheld's programs to the Activesync applet.
Hit Menu, then Options. With Microsoft Exchange highlighted at the top of the tree menu, hit delete and just recreate whatever you need for a new account. Sync and you'll be back in business. |
