Touch Pro replacement? New or Refurb?

Went to sprint yesterday due to a few issues with my TP's screen. They decided to replace my phone and have placed the order. I have the $7 a month insurance and was told that I would not be charged a deductible for the phone replacement. Are they going to send me a new or refurbished phone?

Re: Touch Pro replacement? New or Refurb?

I got a new TP 3 days ago to replace a mogul. BTW, anyone know who refurb these things? The mogul refurb I received a week earlier was pitiful with a messed up screen and sloppy loose keyboard. Not to mention really pathetic battery life. There's no way that phone should have pased a test for what is an acceptible refurb. Worked out well for me though.

Re: Touch Pro replacement? New or Refurb?

I had to go to the store yesterday for some screen issues. They went to the back, grabbed one in a Touch Pro box, and someone had written "REC6850SP" and the receipt I got said it was reconditioned, but when I check the refurbishment status, it says "no". I think someone returned their TP and that is what I was given as a replacemnt. It was the general manager of the store that did it, and so far the phone works well, so I guess it was returned because someone didn't want/like it.
