So it seems no2chem has come up with a program that turns on/off the keyboard backlight based on landscape mode....

Neat right?

But heres the best part he says and I quote:

"future version might override hardware timeout." =D>=D>:headbang::headbang:


How sweet is that, come on guys go post up over at xda to encourage him to keep working on this:headbang:

so does it actually work for anyone (rom)
I'm on juicy5 and it works, but only if landscape is envoked via software. sliding the keyboard out &or pressing a hw keyboard key triggers the timeout countdown.

Doesn't install successfully on my TP and besides my keyboard light turns on automatically when I slide it out anyway. Would be extremely interested in keeping it on indefinitely though.

i was gonna mention the same thing, that my kb light turns on when i slide it out,

so why exactly would i need nuekblight? does it KEEP the light on (i understand not, since it was mentioned that it may defere/disable the timeout in a future release)

any insight?
