viewing flash and java on mighty rom

i am wondering how to view flash based websites on my phone. I have a htc touch pro Sprint running on mighty rom 4.12 on Verizon. i am trying to go to pages like bandwidthtest.net and it requires flash 7 or higher. i have been trying to find a flash add-on but it seems like it should be embedded on the phone. any ideas?

and do i have to run the java app everytime i open opera?
