Keyboard Issue

I see there is a lot of people with a hardware keyboard that stopped working.

Well mine is fine, and when I am using it to text sometimes it will stop working after a while. Or it will get stuck on last pressed letter and just keep typing it like "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" and never stops.

To fix it all I have to do is soft reset. It doesn't seem like a hardware issue since it works again after restart.

Any suggestions? Should I just try to get a replacement phone?

Re: Keyboard Issue

Your keyboard will eventually stop working. You can try to get it replaced in a store and show them what happens. My keyboard did that for probably a month before it went out for good. I am waiting for a replacement still. Good thing there is an on screen keyboard.

Re: Keyboard Issue

Weird. Today its been pretty good.

Its so annoying when it happens though. I guess I will have to call Verizon and see if I can get a replacement.
