yahoo mail

Ive been having problems with my yahoo mail. I have the yahoo mail plus account. My touch pro keeps bringing up the incoming password screen everytime i try to send/recieve. Is anyone having a problem?

This is happening to me as well. It was happening on my Mogul and I don't remember how I fixed it. I'll play around with it again and see if I can figure it out...

when you set uo your email you may have selected verify incoming...so you have to enter the password...try deleting it and going thru the set up process again without selcting verify

It may say authenticate..dont check that box when your setting up...

The auto setup worked for my yahoo mail. Everynow and then my mogul would do that, usually a soft reset solved the problem and I've noticed on the TP that if I manually end the data connection and then redo the send recieve it works. Only happens like once a week and I have it set to check every 15 minutes.

ok, i think i figured it out. Atleast on my end. I was logged in on my computer so i signed out and then tryed it on the phone and it went right through. Kinda strange but it worked.
