Active Sync Cab

Is there a Cab file to stop Active Sync from auto running? I know there is a post on how to manualy hack it but I've tried that and it causes me to lose all of my VZW Sync mail. Everything is fine until you get to the point where you delete the fake account and then it causes Poutlook to delete all of my mail and contacts. A cab file to stop it from auto running would be great.

sounds like a messy hack, to stop it from running all the time, but not break it, instal something that can mess with the notification que, like pocket mechanic, and delete one entry replog: runaftertimechange do not delete the other two replog entries though
