Touch Pro wont charge while connected to computer...
 

Im trying to search and i keep getting a funny error message. Im hoping this is a problem that someone has the answer for. For some reason when i plug the phone into any computer usb conncection. It wont charge.... Any advice or feedback is greatly appreciated..

Settings... System... Power...

Uncheck: "When device is turned on do not charge USB bleble bla..."

Go to power settings, battery, below battery charge bar make sure there is not a check in the box "When device is ... to the PC.

Bad cable or a USB port on the host that is defective.

Or its a USB 1.1 port or unpowered hub, which wont put out much power either.

well not necessarily a bad cable lol I have the same phone and the usb port is shot lol yea funny as it sounds it will not work,,, does it charge when connected to the wall charger?? my bad

I'm having this issue in the fact that I have had my phone plugged in the past 4 hours and no changes to the battery life besides it going down. I'm using a Dell optiplex gx620 so it isn't the fact about the USB cables. The box is unchecked in the battery menu too.
