Why does my Touch Pro reset to the Central Time Zone when I sync?

I've had this phone for about 4 months now. For some reason when I sync, it resets to the Central Time Zone (I'm Eastern). I am currently using KK's rom but I've had this happen on every ROM I've had installed including the stock.

Before you ask - the computer it syncs with is set to the proper time zone and correct time.

Any ideas on the cause and how to prevent it?

I had this with my first ppc in wm5, don't know if this bug is still there but this fixed mine back then.
When you go to settings --> system --> clock & alarm the timezone for home and visiting should be the same timezone. This stopped mine from switiching all the time.

yupp Maart84 is right...this was happening to mine as well and that fixed the problem

1st, hello Ms. Daisy..lol(just had to say that) but if that happens when u sync, in addition to what the OP posted, u can go into ur sync software and delete that current partnership. by doing both ensures it wont happen again
