Already seen it a while back on some guys website that has other HTC information on it.

Nothing great from a service manual perspective though.

I wonder how we can get that diagnostics rom. It seems like it may be very usefull. It covers everything from battery drain to Fm radio.

is thread or link of ## diagnostic codes to check your phone for issues... that the techs do in the store?

No, check out page 32. It links you to an HTC RMA System developed by HTC's nformation Technology Department and is password protected.
