Bluetooth power profile?

This is a pretty generic request but I will just post it here.

I only want my bluetooth enabled when I have my phone in my car, I plug it into a USB power port I have whenever I get in the car so I was wondering if there was an application that would enable bluetooth on the event of being plugged into AC power.

Does such an application exist? If so name it!

Thanks for any help provided

Re: Bluetooth power profile?

SPB Phone Suite can do that. Just set up the rules

Re: Bluetooth power profile?

I can't get it to work, played around with the rules for a while. Anyone know of something else? Or know why this application does not work with my phone?

Re: Bluetooth power profile?

This does work fine with the TP. I am running it on my TP now with rules

You need to make sure that you have it set up correctly

1: Create a profile that turns the bluetooth on when selected.

2: Switch to the rules tab and delete all the rules

3: Tap New --> Hardware rule.

4: Tap after where it says Select Profile, and select the profile that you created

5: Tap where it says When selected hardware is

6: You will see a screen like this. Select power supply to on

7: Tap ok till you get to the home screen (no the TF3D) the basic WM today screen, and then tap on the profile button and select Enable Rules. This may be the step that you are missing. You have to enable the rules. (even when it is not on the today screen it will continue to function)
