Question how many mA does your TP use

I feel like the TP uses to much power on idle. maybe its just the 3d chip working all the time compared to XDAs that dont have a 3d chip but even with the backlight down and no data session enabled i still get about somewhere between 160 to 240 mA on discharge. I remember my touch only had 150 mA if the data was on and 300+ mA if gps was on... so what gives why is this phone less efficient

edit: Checking with nuePowerCPL

edit2: Conflippers rom, telus radio, stock battery, Slot Cycle Index: 2

Re: how many mA does your TP use

How are you monitoring this?

Is the poll question "How much current does your phone draw in standby"

Re: how many mA does your TP use

It should be under 50. If it's over 50, then the CPU isn't in low power mode, or some radio is powered up.

I believe standby should be in the 20s, based on the expected standby time (doing nothing at all, never powered on) of ~ 2 days.

Edit: I'm on the stock sprint rom, radio 1.11
