Mobile device center not recognizing my phone./

I've done many tweaks and stuff like that but now I want to add a rom to my phone for faster results. I have the htc touch pro from verizon...the instructions ask that I connect my my phone to the pc but bymobile center wont see it? anyone that can help me would be greatly appreciated?

yeah when i first got it...then i added advanced config,total commander reg editor and minor tweaks...now it wont see it.

this once happened to mine and what I did was used a different USB port on my laptop and this seemed to resolve the issue... what have you tired to do in order to fix your problem? What version of Windows are you running?

heheh, i had to HardReset this morning, i couldnt connect to Mobile Device Center.

Cause for my issue was due to deleting the repplog /active stync/ remote h\ noticication using a task manager, it kept popping up and it was even added to exclusives, i accidentally deleted the repplogg \removeafterdisnifid and that screwed me.

moral of the story, dont go hunting down 256k or less active memory process, more than likely they just make your life easier
