Email Notificaion Tflo red "bubble"

I have an alert of 1 email on my touch flo ribbon, the one on the bottom of the screen. I tried sending an email and reading it to clear the, "1" new email alert. When I got the test email, it made the alert to, "2". When I delete the test email, it brings the new messages back to, "1". How can I clear the counter back to Zero?

try forcing a send/recieve. Click on that and see if it updates.

I did, and I had emails waiting for it to update. It added the 2 new emails and displayed a, "3". When I cleared those 2 emails, I was still left with the 1.

Go to text messages. Hit the arrow next to Inbox in the top left corner and check "Outlook Email" and see if it has the tips for windows email thing.

If you're not worried about saving old emails and have deleted everything then go to each of your inboxes and choose menu/tools/clear "" doing this for each account set up until you lose the notify..

No problem. Seems to be caused by activesync in my case.
