So I appreciate that, but if I don't tell you what's wrong and you cant fix it, then what?

So then she kept asking me if I had the hone backed up because they may have to HR it and I told her yes. So then she say's "Are you sure"? I sya yes again. Just wnat to be clear because some people dont understand that we have to do that sometimes. If I can tell you what's wroong with the damnd phone, dont you think I know how to back it up?

So I told her I use SPB Backup and she said I have no idea what that is. Then she said she los t her BB and she couldnt get anything back on it. So I asked her "did you have it back up"????? DAMN SPRINT

While everyone is clearly dumber than you..... it seems to me that your representative was just trying to help you. Understand that you have to tell her what you think is wrong for her to troubleshoot it, but if she didnt want to put that in the report because they may blame it on you, dont you think she did that for your benefit? If she continually tries to ensure your data is backed up dont you think it's great that they ask that before they hard reset your phone?

Sorry to see your phone is jacked up, but based on your details of your visit, it is hard to see your side. Just makes you seem like one of the impossible to please customers.

Apparently you didn't understand that I was just joking about them getting on my nerves.

The battery terminal was bad. They said it looked pushed up. So I had to call Asurion. So hopefully my new phone will be to me by tomorrow.

Got my new TP yesterday. Brand new in the box. Can I keep the battery and stylus from the old one or do I have to send that stuff back too?

You can keep the everything BUT the handset itself. Speaking from experience... lol, they tend to get rather irrate if you keep that. Now you have a spare battery!!!

I thought your Sprint experience was hilarious. They did all that EXCEPT tell me they were gonna hard reset my phone, AND keep my memory card (sp6900). I was slightly pissed! Good times though.
