TP Takes longer to Charge Than Titan

I searched....I promise.

My Titan would charge about 1% for every minute it was on the charger. My TP takes much longer.

Could this be that it's not charging as fast?
OR
that my Titan battery was so messed up I was never really getting a full 100% charge?

What are you experiences with charging time?
