Black Silicone Case for Touch Pro

Has anyone tried this silicione case out or know someone who has? I was thinking about getting it. But i've heard that some of these cases cause a separation between the two sides of the phone due to how they attact to the phone.

i have that case. don't care much for it though since it's somewhat flimsy.
i DID have problems with my TP, the screen ended up going out within a few weeks of having the phone, but i can't say whether or not it had anything to do with this case.
