I have the same problem with the "cheek muting" and am really curious on how people are resolving this (without just hold the phone a different way).

Re: Disable Phone mute Button and E-mails Disappearing fix

I use S2U2 and when in a call it automatically blanks the screen so that I don't hit anything on the screen by accident. S2u2 is free and you can get it here.

Re: Disable Phone mute Button and E-mails Disappearing fix

As for the OP's question about disappearing emails, which provider (Yahoo, Google, etc.) are you using for emails?

Re: FIXED ****** and Explained E-mails Disappearing fix

Here si the fix on the HTC and disappearing emails

1 start/message/click email account/menu/tools/options/tap email account/edit account setup/next/next/next/next/next/download message 3 pls days/advance setting/keep them on server/next/ finish

Do this for all accounts

Now go to your computer and outlook tools/email accounts/view or change email account/next/change/ more settings/advanced/leave copy on server/ how many days is up to you

You must do this for all you accounts on that computer. then do the same to all the computer you use to get the same e-mails.
