*How To* Make the stock case a lil more pocket friendly.

I had been looking for a case that would protect my TP and allow me to keep it in my pocket. Well since I hate the clip on holsters I decided to just mod my stock case to make it more pocket friendly and still protect the shiny.

So I removed the clip which is surprisingly easy to do. Just take a razor blade and cut the threads then bend the clip as far as you can so you can access the rivit. Not take pliers and squeeze the top of the rivet until the top pops off. now just push through and remove. Only thing to do is add some glue or re-sew the bottom where you cut the threads. Free Pocket case is the result.

I use a case because the last TP i had before I swapped out stated to have a lot of micro scratches around the OK button which began to look gray in color. So I stated to use the case to prevent it.

I am not a fan of the skins because they are sticky and take away from the shiney.

Cant see it when its in my pocket... so looks don't matter. In this economy you gotta cut corners somewhere. why buy a sleeve when you got one for free.

I just slip my phone into an unlubricated condom that you can get for free from the county health services clinic. Sure, people look at me funny when I answer a call, but you gotta save $ in this economy and it helps score chicks.

More things you can do with your cell phone and condoms:
