Does this dock/cradle work with the Sprint CDMA touch pro?

http://shop.brando.com.hk/prod_detai...39&cat_id=0951

I can't tell if it works with the CDMA (Sprint) Touch Pro. Has anyone tried this?

Alternatively, what dock/cradle is everyone using for their CDMA Touch Pro? (preferably one that can charge a second battery)

Looks like it should work as the device pictured is the alltell version that is cdma and same body shape and size as the sprint version.

Yes, I have read your thread. I consider your story with skepticism. If it were true that it was feeding power back into the system, a whole lot of people would have major computer issues. But that cradle is sold all over the place. You have sufficiently scared me off from purchasing that cradle (I don't want to have to open it up just to use it), but I find your story hard to believe, I think that we don't have all the facts. But, I can't take risks with my work computer.

It is true I checked the male USB plug with a multimeter and it was feeding back 4.6volts... so that was turning on my fans.

Well...anyway, thanks for letting us know. It's shocking that so many online stores sell that cradle (and rebrand it as their own), yet it has the possibility of damaging your computer beyond repair. Mind boggling.

In response to the OP's question - yes, it works with the Sprint CDMA Touch Pro. I got one and use it to charge and tether with at work.
