Extended Battery Compatibility / belt holsters
I have Verizon Touch Pro and am looking at both the Seido and Mugen 2000 mAh batteries.

I'm pretty much sold on getting a bigger battery , but wanted to know (to expand my options) if the battery for any other Touch Pro and battery cover would work with the Verizon phone.

Also - looking for any snap-in type holsters that would allow for the extended battery. Seido carries one but I think $25 for a piece of plastic with a belt clip on it is a bit steep.

Any feedback is appreciated!

Well I hate to make you think of a different route, but I was in the same situation. I bought an extra OEM battery for 30 on ebay (make sure it is OEM and not after market. aftermarket ones will be around 20) Combined that's ~2200 MAH and it does not make your phone any thicker. Oh, and you will also need a cradle for the battery that I got for 7 bucks.

I actually don't mind that added thickness.. As far as cradles go - I just use the standard charger. No Cradle necessary for me.

OR... you can use a better ROM and put some battery hacks on it...
the FIRST time i got my TP it died in 5 hours?

Now it lasts me all day long...

I'm running SSK 1.5 B2B right now... Have only had the phone just shy of 2 weeks but the battery seems to be improving with use, but, would like to be able to have the extra without having to worry about if going to a website will knock my battery down to where I lose an important call if I get one.
