pic mail "problem"
 

hey im not sure if this is a problem or if its just how the phone works...but when someone sends me a pic the pic on my phone comes out really small and if i look at the pic they sent me on their phone it looks fine (stretched out to the whole screen)

but on my TP i cant zoom or anything....is there a way to fix this? btw the person sending the pics doesnt have a TP its just a normal phone

Do you have the picturemail program installed on your TP, or are you getting a link to view the picture?

yea i have the pic mail installed and i dont get a link to the pic it shows me the pic in the msg....

you should be able to save the pic, then view it. that's what i do if i need to.
or if I REALLY need it, i'll just get on my puter and go to sprint pic mail site and d/l it through there.

Are you using sprint app or the arcsoft version of pix mail?

ok i dont get anything like that... i dont get thumbnails for the pic mail i just get the name of the msg...

and when i look at the pic its pretty small and i cant zoom and when i open one of the pics through the default pic app it still doesnt let me zoom!!

im using arcsoft version... i tried the sprint one once but i couldnt see any pics!!! btw im using KK's rom 1.7
