Text Turns garbles or disappears when KB opened

On my Touch Pro, when going through email or texting, when I switch from block recognizer to the slide out keyboard and the screen goes from portrait to landscape, The text becomes garbled and sometimes will not display at all untill I go back to portrait mode.

Glad to search for a solution, but I have no idea what the problem is called.

So you know where I'm coming from: I'm one of those people who will load a cab file or three or four, but probably never unlock and reflash. Currently my TP is running:
Robert Weather database (to add my city)
Sprint Touch Pro Cleanup (love it)
Aim Productions PhoneyCall (rarely)
j0bro's Bubble level (never use it)
TouchLockPro (finicky, but necessary)
sprint manilla Blue (revised)
nisseDILLIGAF Sprint2FlipClock (to be able to run the next one)
FridayyGlassflipClock (love it)
Taproot Systems Walking Hotspot (Flawless, Love it)
Sprint Picture Mail (never works when sending and it is the new one)
microsoft LiveSearch (don't know why it is there)

The device has done this since day one as far as I can remember. before all these things were loaded.

My tp did the same thing when it was new, but with all different inputs. took 2 hard resets to fix it.

I would do like coolwhip said and try a hard reset.

These things are buggy but you shouldnt have that issue.

You never installed any video drivers correct? not even just testing and removed?

No video drivers installed.

I'll try a hard reset. Have to make sure all my contacts are updated first.

This will happen when clear type is enabled for landscape. Any tweaks done that may have enabled that?

This is correct, get advanced config and disable cleartype in landscape

manually disabled ClearType altogether as advanced config was not available when I went for it.
