Sprint touch pro Warranty information

I have a sprint touch pro..
There is something wrong with the lcd. It kinda flickers... It will display the top half of the screen in bottom and sometimes it will be on one side.. kinda overlaping.
I thaught it was software so i did a soft reset.. Then a hard reset... and after that i unlocked it and installed a new rom (lllboredlll_1.3-B_Reloaded_SP)..
Still no luck its still doing the same thing.
So my question is, Who do i contact for warranty? Its about 3 months old and i purchased it from sprint.

I had the same thing happen to my first TP. I just took it back to Alltel & got a new one. I'm sure if you take it back to Sprint you can get it replaced. Its a hardware issue I believe. I flashed 6 different ROMs before sending mine back.

If you have TEP take it in to a corporate Sprint store and they should be able to order you a replacement or if it's a full service store and have the top half of the slide they might fix it for you. Otherwise it will probably cost either $55 or $99 to order a replacement with no insurance. The other option is to call / email HTC directly.

Thanks for the replies, I will go to the corporate store and try to get that fixed/exchanged.
If not then i guess your right it might be the flex cable, So ebay has it for 50 shipped.
Any instructions on how to open the TP up?
