Void sticker triggered?
hey I have a touch pro and its starting to act pretty weird, for instance, when i press the power button to put it in stand by the phone shuts off but the screen stays lite at a dark black screen and theres no way to get it off. also sometimes the keyboard doesnt work or the keyboard light doesnt come on when i slide it out. I took the bat cover off and i see 2 stickers, the on above the top right section of the battery and its white with red lines going through it, and the other one is in the circular hole on the very top left and it says "void" does either of these mean its gotten wet? I want to know before I go to my insurance

Who is the service provider? The one with red lines is fine, the void one might be a screw cover. do you have pictures?

its possible, i just looked at the back of mine and none of them read Void. call up sprint and see what they say.

im alltel. i do think the "void" one is a screw hole. its just been acting very crappy i did a hard reset and everything. Hope you can see the pic. Void sticker is very top left in circle, red sticker is just white with red diagonal lines.

Yeah, that is a cover for the screw hole. If the void sticker is gone, so is your chance at a warranty. But since yours is still in tact, I would recommend that you take it back to Alltel and ask for a replacement.

i mostly certainly have something covering the screw under there on my sprint tp, but it black and says nothing.. it matches the other 2 black stickers that are missing from your phone as well but are on mine... why is your phone like that? u have 2 other places that should be covered, exposed?

This is how it came, brand new out of the box I unwrapped it myself. I have Alltel so the design may be a little different.
