Looking for a good backup program

What is a good backup program for the touch pro? I need something that backs up all settings, email accounts, contacts...etc.

I know Im gonna be upgrading the ROM frequently and looking for the fastest way to restore the phone before the flash, thanks!

PPCPIMBackup = Free back of all PIM data (contacts, messages, email, calls etc.)
SPB backup = Great program that will backup entire phone. $25. Has trial with a limited number of backups. Has ROM upgrade mode.
Sprite backup = Great program that will backup entire phone $30. Has trial with a limited number of backups.

There are plenty of threads on this, click on my profile & search all my posts.

I did some pretty extensive testing of all the different options available.

I use Sprite myself & I swap ROM's an awful lot.
