trouble relocking - looking for assistance

ok, so this time my phone is pulling the broken screen not the broken keyboard. my screen went out... u can tell its still on, but nothing is showing up but a gray screen. flashed back to stock b/c my phone would still sync using windows mobile device center. i have not set up my device b/c i cant see anything on my screen. but when i go to relock my phone using Raphael_CDMA_Relocker it goes to all the steps and stalls at the percentage screen and then says that it fails (error 260: connection) and i should check my connection.... any tips?

easiest solution I can suggest is to relock by flashing with your sd card.
