Bluetooth Headset problem

All of the sudden my bluetooth headset is having a very annoying problem playing music. The songs play, but it constantly pops and cuts the music in and out. This always happens when I'm listening to a song and hit the power button to turn the phone off or if I'm doing something else on the phone that temporarily spikes the CPU or memory. The music continues to play through the headset fine, there's just a small pop or delay in the music. Now this popping and delay is happening constantly.

I have tried a couple of things. Unpaired and re-paired the headset. Removed the music tab and used S2P. Turned off all data syncing and the phone as well. Plently of soft resets. Nothing has worked. ](*,)

Everytime I use the headset to play any music I get constant popping and delays. Any ideas? Anyone had this problem and found a fix?

Negative!! I really don't want to go there. Interestingly enough, if I use a regular headset everything works fine and the phone responds well. As soon as I start playing a song, the popping and delay starts, and the phone's response goes way down. I think something has changed within the bluetooth tramsmission so that it is taking up a lot more resources and slowing the phone down a ton when it's actually in use and streaming music. As soon as I pause the music the phone perks back up and the response is good.

I have the same problem with the bluetooth stereo headset if I have the WiFi radio on at the same time as the bluetooth. Check to see if that is the problem.

That would make sense, but the wifi is off.
