just curious to see if anyone has a lag in their text messaging due to s2u2 install. And if so, how to correct. This might not be the right place to start thread, but I am NOO b, not an excuse, hehehe.

Can you be more specific as to when the text lags?

Are you talking about pulling out the keyboard and typing and having it not show the characters until a few seconds later, or does this happen with the software keyboard as well? If it is the first, search these forums or xda for a cab that disables the XT9 as I believe this is related to the keyboard lag some users experience.

If the problem happens with the software as well it may be related to another problem.

In case you haven't found what you are looking for yet, here is a post from an older thread on some registry edits you can make that will improve the speed. (The .cab I was talking about early basically just did these edits for you, so you can just use Total Commander or PHM Reg edit to make them and save yourself some time)
