USB doesn't ask me to choose Activesync or Storage Device

How do I enable the selection when I plug in the USB? Right now it always goes to Activesync.

Go to settings, connections tab, open "usb to pc", and in the bottom make sure it is checked where it says "ask about connection type when I connect"
