Arcsoft says every message is 5 seconds???

Ok I searched and could not find an answer. I have arcsoft installed on ssk r4r edition and everything is working except whenever i get a video sound or animated message it only plays 5 seconds of it and if you goto properties it says thats the length of the message.However if I goto contents then the entire video, audio clip etc. is there. Please can someone help. I love arcsoft over the default sprint mms but this is driving me nuts. Thanx

is anyone else having this issue???? my girlfriends touch pro plays the entire vid on the stock sprint mms

Mine does this as well. I am working on a fix with some registry entries.

HOWEVER, as you mentioned, if you save the video to your phone, it saves the entire full version of whatever was sent. So that's good.
