Anyone have problems with the top part of the phone staying to the left?

I cannot push my top volume button very well, the screen part of the phone is to the left a little when you look at it, hence covering the top volume button, I can hold it to the right to use the volume button, but it will not stay there. I have not seen a TP yet that you can push to the left and the right THAT much..... What to do? Deal with it or take it back?

ehhh uhh... i dunno what the hell yer talkin about, but if you think its not right... take it to the store and tell them that. They'll hook ya up with another. Atleast by me the people there are cool and just swap phones like its no biggy.

Hard to get a picture without flash, and damn I just noticed this thing is a dust magnet lol...Here are some pics, I dont wanna take it back to them because the store is over an hour away, the affiliates wont do it ....And for Sprint to send me one they will charge my account and it takes 2-3 months to get the credit back, I've done that before and it sucks....

Should be able to just push it back over to the left then press the volume key. its a PIA, but at least you dont have to go to the store.
