Does anyone know where there is a 23d or 24th century Tricorder .CAB file? I am not looking for a Tricorder skin for the media player

That download is an .exe. How do I convert it to a .CAB, so I do not have to hook up the Phone to the PC?

My roommate has a fully functional, real tricorder for sale.....
