Possible to wash stock screen protector?

I had a tiny spec of dust under my screen protector, I wanted to get it out so I peeled up the corner and tried to wipe it with what I thought was a lint free cloth, I accidentally brushed the sticky side of the screen protector and now there is a bunch of tiny little pieces of dust and lint under my screen protector :(

I should have left well enough alone, and I probably should here as well, but I was wondering if anyone has ever tried washing the stock screen protector. My old boxwave said it was washable, but I dont know about this one.

TL; DR: got a bunch of lint under my screen protector, will it be ok if I wash it with some water?

yes just use warm water and hold it under the faucet. Once you do that you can put it back on your phone. If you use a rubber squeege it works bes to get the water droplets out too. Make sure you let it air dry before you turn the phone back on though.

Thats what I used on my Diamond.
