I can't get into SCI (Slot Cycle Index)

i tried dialing both ##778# and ##778 and it doesnt work
i also don't have the EPST.exe file
i'm running an HTC Touch Pro i imported and im on the Rogers network.
any help would be appreciated cause my ringer is too slow, i need to speed it up.

Are you using a GSM Touch Pro? I'm guessing you are since you posted it in this forum. If so, there is no SCI for GSM phones, that's a CDMA thing only.
