This is for GSM and not CDMA.

Already been addressed in several other threads. It is for the GSM version from what I gather from the other threads.

That's for the GSM version. I seen that upgrade awhile back, but if you want to be the guinea pig, got for it. I checked the HTC America site and there's nothing there and nothing on Sprint website either.
