verzion sprint touch pro!!! how to get a free replacement

I need a replacement my screen has the rainbow smudge and my power button is broken. Does anybody know how I can get a replacement?

Is this for a Sprint Touch Pro on Verizon? It sounds like you have to contact HTC/UTStarcom directly as they have to fullfill their warranty obligations. Getting a direct swap from Sprint or Verizon is probably impossible.
